How do I switch my subscription (upgrade or downgrade)?

To change your subscription, login and visit the My Account page, then click My Subscription.

 

Click in the blue "View" button next to your subscription details.

Under Subscription totals, click the blue "Change Subscription" button.

Choose a new subscription from the list.

Click the "Sign up now" button.

Review your payment details on the checkout page and complete your order.

Note: When switching your subscription to another plan, your new subscription plan will go into effect and you will be charged after the previous subscription period has ended. For example, if you have a Monthly plan and you switch to the Annual plan, you will be charged for the Annual plan on the date that your last monthly plan ended.
